1) Throw chicken and salsa in the crockpot

2) Throw the chicken in the KitchenAid mixer once it’s cooked to shred it

Chopped veggies – I’ve been practicing for the Spring Bootie Buster Challenge so I’ve been trying to get more fruits and veggies in my daily diet…I have more work to do before the challenge begins on March 17th!

  1. I need to get better at meal prep. I know how to eat clean and really enjoy it. I usually fail bc I did not plan ahead. Looking forward to getting to know you through the Spring Fling!
