I hope that you enjoyed last week’s menu plan and are ready for another week of yumminess! In an effort to make your week easier, I planned out a week’s worth of meals for you. Plus a grocery list for all five meals and some food prep tips! And if you don’t need five meals next week, pick and choose the ones that work for you!

Like I mentioned last week, I am a big fan of prepping food at the beginning of the week that will help you get dinner on the table quicker each night. This week you can do the following ahead of time…
*Cut 1 pound of chicken into bite-size pieces
*Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces
*Brown 1 pound of ground turkey or beef
