Meal Plan: Week Two

I hope that you enjoyed last week’s menu plan and are ready for another week of yumminess!  In an effort to make your week easier, I planned out a week’s worth of meals for you.  Plus a grocery list for all five meals and some food prep tips!  And if you don’t need five meals next week, pick and choose the ones that work for you!

Monday – Chili & Cornbread in a Jar from Nest of Posies (Since winter doesn’t seem to want to leave!)

Tuesday – 5 Ingredient Bacon Asparagus Pasta from Gimme Some Oven

Wednesday – Pizza Stuffed Chicken Breasts from Dashing Dish

Thursday – One Skillet Spicy Ranch Chicken from The Law Student’s Wife

Friday – Honey Whole Wheat Pizza from Picky Palate

Like  I mentioned last week, I am a big fan of prepping food at the beginning of the week that will help you get dinner on the table quicker each night.  This week you can do the following ahead of time…

*Cut 1 pound of chicken into bite-size pieces

*Chop peppers

*Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces

*Brown 1 pound of ground turkey or beef

I hope this menu plan inspires you to take some time this weekend to go grocery shopping and prep for dinners next week!
