We’re back for Day Two of the 12 Days of Blogmas! Today we’re sharing a holiday printable and since y’all have indulged my love of all things Christmas with this blog series, I wanted to share a printable that goes along with what I often blog about…living an active, healthy life!

As you count down to Christmas you’ll do one thing each day to focus on your health during a season when it’s easy to spend all of your free time curled up on the couch watching Christmas movies and eating way too many Christmas cookies.  And remember, if you’re already doing workouts, these should not replace them…these are added bonuses to your regular health routine!
