
Dancing with the Stars Workout
I recently read that the average American watches 34 hours a week of television…yikes! So I thought it might be a good idea to get active during your favorite TV shows…that way even if you’re watching too much tv it’s not completely wasted time! We’re kicking this off with a workout for Dancing with the Stars! As you watch Len, Bruno, Carie Ann and Julianne critique the latest round of celebrities you can get off the couch and get active!

What a fun idea.
I might try 10 burpees every time Bruno gets out of his chair or 20 pushups every time Carie Ann acts strange. I’ll be sure to get a good workout! lol 🙂
