Playoff baseball is here! And so while the Dodgers are not in the playoffs this year it seems fitting to share with you another stadium that I have visited in my quest to visit all 30 stadiums.
The truth is that I don’t like intentionally hurting people’s feelings (I will confess that it sometimes happens on accident) and so I don’t like to say negative things about the places I visit, cupcakes I eat, or pinterest projects I try, but sometimes honesty is truly the best policy.
And in my opinion Dodger Stadium is not that great. Not only can I not think of any stand out or can’t miss features at the Stadium, the whole park just has a worn out feel…although I suppose if I needed to find something that I liked I can admit that I enjoy seeing palm trees at the ball field!
I think that the Stadium just looks run down and in need of a facelift (I mean this is Los Angeles and doesn’t everyone over a certain age get a facelift?!?)
And I can certainly appreciate the efforts of the marketing department, but I just don’t think it’s enough 🙁
