dōTERRA Review
Over the last few months I have seen dōTERRA oils popping up on my Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter feeds and I’m going to be really honest with you here…I was skeptical! Were these oils really as amazing as everyone was saying they were….or were they just another health and wellness scam?
So when Gina reached out to me about trying one of the essential oils I decided this was the perfect opportunity to see if these oils were legit!
I decided to try the Wintergreen essential oil, which I was told could be used topically for arthritic pain, bone pain, joint pain, general pain, and more. I have struggled with varying levels of back pain since I was in high school and have tried chiropractors, physical therapists, back exercises, and more, all with limited success, so I thought this would be a good essential oil to try!
Here’s what I found…it works! The mornings that I would wake up with lower back pain I would topically apply one or two drops of the Wintergreen essential oil and I have to admit that it really helped!
In Conclusion:
* I love that the oils are easy to use…this girl on the move is way too busy for things that are complicated!
* I love that they actually work! When I would use the oils my level of back pain decreased (and even went away completely some days!)
* I love that there are so many options with these oils. Once I realized that the wintergreen oil was working I did some research online (Pinterest of course!) and discovered loads and loads of essential oil “recipes” that look amazing!
