Let’s Talk Training Thursday: Favorite Workouts
I’m back with the next installment of Let’s Talk Training Thursday! For this series, I’ve teamed up with some pretty awesome bloggers (Bethany, Montana, Krystal, and Cassandra to talk about training every other Thursday for the remainder of 2014…and we have some really exciting topics planned!
This week we’re talking about our Favorite Workouts! Obviously my favorite workout involves running (although I do occasionally go to a class or two at the gym!) but sometimes I like to change it up and use strength training workouts to help me with running! So instead of sharing my favorite workouts (because there are really too many to share) I thought I would share my favorite workout sources…
He and She Eat Clean – You can purchase some great training plans from He and She Eat Clean…I have their 12-week strength training program and love it! And this summer they released a great program for runners!
Tone & Tighten – Take some time to explore Jared’s blog and be sure to follow him on Pinterest…there are loads and loads of great workouts on there to try!
Tone It Up – A site filled with workouts, recipes, and motivation…seriously, tons of motivation! There are weekly workout schedules detailing exactly full workouts and their Instagram account is filled with motivation!
The rest of my workouts come from Pinterest and whenever I am looking for a new workout I head over to my Fitness board for inspiration!
I’d love to hear, what are your favorite workouts?!?

I am also a huge fan of the monthly challenge workouts! It’s a lot easier to fit in 10 extra minutes vs trying to get in a 60 minute class. Thanks for hosting!

So true! I would love to work out 60 minutes every day, but some days it just doesn’t happen!

I haven’t done blogilates workouts in ages! I should find some way to throw them back into my life, hehe. I liked them a lot when I was doing em’, even though I’d be inwardly cursing almost every second of it! 😛

At the moment, I am enjoying the best of both worlds: I have been running and doing strength training 3 times a week. I could not be happier! 😀

That does sound like the best of both worlds!
