From Pinterest to Real Life – XIX
If you have read my previous From Pinterest to Real Life posts you would probably assume that the only thing I pin is recipes, since that seems like the only thing I bring to life…but that’s not true! I pin lots of other stuff, I just don’t always have a chance to make it happen (although once I move I’m hoping to bring some of my Dream Home pins to life 🙂 )
And so I figured it was time to bring something else to life…enter paper plate jellyfish!
And in case you were wondering, yes I did this project with kids not on my own 😉
It was super easy to make and would be a great rainy day (or snow day for my East Coast friends) activity! The jellyfish was really just three quick and easy steps…
1. Decorate the paper plate
2. Cut the ribbon (it’s easier to cut the ribbon shorter once you have them attached so think long at first)
3. Hot glue the ribbon to the underside of the paper plate. It looks better when these are not attached in a pattern (and this coming from a girl who thrives on order and patterns!) so I would suggest attaching them randomly.
