We are now officially one month into the new year which means that for many people it is probably getting more and more difficult to stick to your new year’s resolutions. If you’ve never heard of skinnytaste, but are trying to eat healthier, then I suggest you head over there immediately!
One of the recipes from there that I pinned recently was Pasta with Butternut Squash, Spicy Sausage, and Baby Spinach. One of the things that I love about skinnytaste is that the recipes don’t make you sacrifice flavor for health and this recipe was no exception! In the interest of full disclosure I will say that this recipe required a fair number of dishes to clean up, but definitely worth it!
