Hands down my favorite meal of the day is breakfast! Pancakes, french toast, omelets, waffles, and the list goes on and on of yummy food you can make for breakfast. But there is just one problem…I don’t have time to make all of that in the morning! I get up early enough as it is (there is a 4 at the beginning) and can’t even think about making myself get up any earlier to make a fancy breakfast. So I thought it was time we changed things up for our weekly meal plan and devote a week of dinners to the best meal of the day…breakfast!
Monday – Nutella Stuffed French Toast from Two Peas and Their Pod
Tuesday – Cheesy Breakfast Nacho Tots from Climbing Grier Mountain
Wednesday – Bagel Quiche from Recipe Girl
Thursday – Cajun Style Hashbrown Skillet from Our Best Bites
Friday – Stuffed French Toast with Raspberry Cheesecake Filling from Food, Faith, Fitness

*Dice red bell pepper and mushrooms for Bagel Quiche
*Chop red bell pepper for Cajun Style Hashbrown Skillet
