Meal Plan: Week Five
I don’t know about all of you, but as we get closer to summer (woo hoo!), life is getting busier and busier…which means I have less and less time to figure out dinner every night! That means that it’s even more important to have a meal plan so that I know what’s for dinner each night and that I actually have all of the ingredients in the house!
Monday – Skinny Greek Mac & Cheese from The Law Student’s Wife
Tuesday – Cheesy Chicken Enchilada ‘Double’ Stacks from Climbing Grier Mountain
Wednesday – Chicken Parmesan Skillet Pot Pie from Picky-Palate
Thursday – Crockpot Enchilada Casserole from The Lean Green Bean
Friday – Pepperoni Pasta Bake from Gimme Some Oven

Ingredient List
If you would like to do some food prep at the beginning of the week, you can…
*Slice 1/2 of the peppers
*Chop 1/2 of the peppers
*Shred 3 cups chicken (Don’t forget to do this in the KitchenAid mixer!)
*Cut the pepperonis in half
*Chop the red and white onions
Are you a meal planner or is dinner a fly by the seat of your pants event at your house?
