Meal Plan: Week One
As the title of my blog suggests, I am constantly on the move! I love traveling, running and big adventures which means I am often on the go. The only way I can be on the go as often as I am, is that I am super organized about the details in my life…some might even say I have OCD! A big part of that is regular meal planning and food prep. I don’t have time on a daily basis to figure out what I’m going to eat, so instead I plan my menus a week at a time.
Since not everyone has time for menu planning, I thought I might be able to help you out! Below you will not only find a menu plan for next week, but the ingredient list for all five recipes and some food prep tips!
Monday – Crockpot Cilantro Lime Chicken from The Lean Green Bean
Tuesday – Three Cheese and Sausage Mac & Cheese from Picky Palate
Wednesday – Homemade Calzones
Thursday – Mexican Skillet Chicken from Nest of Posies
Friday – Pepperoni Pizza Enchiladas from Picky Palate
Each week I set aside time at the beginning of the week to do food prep. Then when it comes time to cook dinner each night, I already have some of the work done! This week you could do the following ahead of time…
* Put the crockpot meal in a ziploc bag
* Cook and crumble Italian sausage
* Prep any vegetables you are going to use in the Calzones or Pizza Enchiladas (slice mushrooms, dice peppers, etc)
I hope this menu plan inspires you to take some time this weekend to go grocery shopping and prep for dinners next week!

Your meal plan looks delicious! Love that you included an Have On Hand list. A lot of times I plan my menu around what produce I have on hand.
