Meal Plan: Week Six
Who’s ready for another week of yummy dinners?!? As the days get longer it’s often more difficult to get dinner on the table because there are so many things filling up your afternoon/evening hours…sports, enjoying the outdoors, end-of-year school activities, and so much more…so this time of year meal planning is even more important than usual!
Monday – Kale, Mushroom, and Ricotta Calzones from Two Peas & Their Pod
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Barbecue Chicken Melts from Aggie’s Kitchen
Wednesday – Cheese Tortellini with Spinach Feta Alfredo Sauce from Cinnamon Spice and Everything Nice
Thursday – Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Black Bean Taco Salad from Skinnytaste
Friday – Buffalo Chicken Pizza from The Law Student’s Wife

Ingredient List
I think the thing that is most important about meal planning is scheduling some time over the weekend or at the beginning of the week to get some of the food prep out of the way. Then when it’s time to cook dinner, you can just throw all the prepped food together and you’re ready to go!
*Cook and shred 1/2 lb of chicken…don’t forget that you can do this in the KitchenAid mixer!
*Dice celery, red bell pepper, onions
What is your go-to meal if you are in a rush to get dinner on the table?
