Skillet S’mores

I have to tell you up front, I’m not sure if there are enough adjectives to describe the goodness that is this s’mores dessert!  If you are making plans for Valentine’s Day, a girls night in, date night or have just had a rough week…this dessert is for you!  And here’s one thing I’ve learned in my experience with s’mores…they are almost always better when peanut butter is added…so these skillet s’mores don’t just feature chocolate, but also peanut butter!!!

Skillet S'mores | Girl on the Move Blog Do you see the chocolate and peanut butter peeking through?!?

The great thing about this recipe, is that it is super easy!  Like we’re talking less than fifteen minutes to prep and cook!

I spread 2 cups of chocolate chips at the bottom of my cast iron skillet and topped them with about 3/4 cups of peanut butter chips…next time I might do a whole cup because let’s be honest, more peanut butter is always better!
