So how do you stay hydrated? Here are a few tips on staying hydrated while you live an active and healthy lifestyle…
*Plan ahead! Don’t wait to drink water until you’re thirsty, but instead plan ahead and pre-hydrate before you head out
*Don’t drink all of your water for the day at one time but spread it out. I have one 32 oz bottle of water during my workout, another 32 oz bottle between breakfast and lunch, and then another 32 oz bottle between lunch and dinner.
*Challenge yourself to drink your daily intake of water before drinking anything else for the day…including coffee!
*Bring your water with you everywhere! I keep a bottle of water in my purse almost all of the time to help ensure I am staying hydrated at all times!
