Yogurt Popsicles for a Healthy Treat
When you live in Southern California, like I do, popsicles are a fun treat year round! I may or may not have a small obsession with Chobani Flips so I decided to make a popsicle inspired by the Key Lime Crumble Flip and oh boy was it yummy! The great thing about these yogurt popsicles is that they are not only refreshing, but they’re also pretty healthy…a win win!!
As with most of my posts, some links may be affiliate links. This means at no additional cost to you, I may make a small commission on anything you buy through the link. You don’t pay anything extra, but you help support your favorite blog with something you would have bought anyways.
To create your own you’ll need…
*1 single-serving Key Lime Yogurt (I used Chobani Greek Yogurt Simply 100 Key Lime, 5.3 Ounce)
*Popsicle maker of your choice (I use a Zoku Quick Pop Maker but you can use any one you’d like…or just use small paper cups!
*4 T half & half
*Graham cracker crumbs
*Finely chopped yogurt chips
Then you’ll need to…
*Mix together the yogurt and the half & half
*Pour 1/3 of the yogurt mix into your popsicle mold
*Add a small layer of graham cracker crumbs
*Pour 1/3 of the yogurt mix into your popsicle mold
*Add a small layer of chopped yogurt chips
*Pour the remaining yogurt mix into your popsicle mold
*Freeze and then enjoy! (p.s. the reason I love my Zoku is because these can be ready to eat in less than 10 minutes!!!)
To make the Mango Yogurt Popsicles I mixed a single-serving mango yogurt with 4 T half & half and simply poured the mixture into my popsicle mold. The great thing is you can create ANY flavored popsicle you like…just choose your favorite flavor yogurt, mix in 4 T half & half, freeze, and GO!
What is your favorite popsicle flavor?
