It is almost February which means for many people it is getting more and more difficult to stick with their New Year’s resolutions. So I figured it was time for a fitness challenge to help us all stay on track with our fitness goals for 2015! And if you’re already staying on track, this challenge will be a chance to try out some new fitness activities and take things up a notch.
Here’s how you can take part in this Fitness Challenge…
First you’ll want to sign up HERE! Signing up means you’ll get an email every day in February with your fitness challenge for the day! You’ll also get a master calendar at the beginning of the month so that if you like to plan ahead you can do so!
Share this challenge with your friends…email it to them, share it on social media, send it via carrier pigeon…share it whatever way works best for you, just help spread the word!
