FlatOut Love
Earlier this month I had the opportunity to attend TheFitExpo with FitFluential where I met the incredible team from Flatout Flatbread at breakfast. We were able to hear more about the product, their passion for offering healthy products without sacrificing taste, and share ideas for using the new ProteinUp wraps.
Flatout Flatbread is introducing a line of high protein, low carb flatbread in 3 flavors…Core 12, Red Pepper Hummus, and Sea Salt & Crushed Black Pepper. But here’s the great thing about these wraps…instead of using protein isolates to boost the protein content they use whole beans, so the taste is incredible! Each flatbread has 12-15g of protein and only 8-10g net carbs. Not only does using whole beans result in a product HIGH in taste, since beans are high in protein and complex carbs they provide long-lasting energy.
So these wraps are HIGH in taste, HIGH in nutritional value and the company is one you can feel good about using. Each member of the Flatout team that I met at breakfast is passionate about helping people lead healthy lives. The company continually strives to listen to feedback from consumers so they can create new and innovative products.
I’ve been having fun experimenting with these wraps for some yummy options using the ProteinUp wraps…
-Peanut butter, honey, bananas, strawberries, and granola
-Spinach and buffalo chicken
-At our FlatOut breakfast we had pinwheels with cream cheese, blueberries, granola, and pecan
ProteinUp will be hitting the shelves in March but for now you can try out their wraps and pizzas at retailers nationwide.
And as an added bonus, FlatOut is giving you a coupon so you can stock up on their fabulous wraps and pizza crusts!

These look great. I eat something similar for lunch every day. Different brand, but same idea of high protein and high fiber and low carb. And you can put anything in them, so they are so versatile!

I love a good wrap! And these flavors certainly sound very tempting. I might even try to use one to make pizza. Wonderful idea!
