Meal Plan: Week Three
Welcome back to another week of meal planning! Here are another week’s worth of meals plus an ingredient list to make shopping super easy for you! And if you don’t need a full week’s worth of meals, just pick the meals that sound best to you and make those this week.
Monday – Cheesy Chicken and Rice Skillet Dinner with Bacon from Picky Palate
Tuesday – Baked Pasta with Spinach and Sausage from Skinny Taste
Wednesday – Taco Tortilla Lasagna from Cinnamon Spice & Everything Nice
Thursday – French Toast Bake from The Law Student’s Wife (because sometimes you need to eat breakfast for dinner!)
Friday – Rainbow Veggie Flatbread Pizza from Gimme Some Oven
Ingredient List
I believe that not only is it important to plan out your menus each week, but it’s also important to do some of the prep ahead of time so that it’s easier to get dinner together on crazy weeknights!
*Chop veggies for your pizza
*Chicken can be cooked and shredded at the beginning of the week and here’s they key…you an use your KitchenAid mixer to shred your chicken! You can throw the cooked chicken breasts in the mixer while they are still hot and it takes about 30 seconds to have the breast completely shredded!
*The French Toast Bake need to be made ahead so plan accordingly!

Stopping by from SITS Sharefest. 🙂 I am doing my planning today, shopping tomorrow and cooking on Monday. I was suppose to start yesterday, but of course I fell asleep. I have a Meal Planning board http://bit.ly/1mGHd6V and a Freezer Cooking board http://bit.ly/QKjYyF on Pinterest.

Sounds like a great week, I really admire people who are able to plan ahead like this! Unfortunately, I am lucky to know when I will home each evening from work:) Someday….

Not knowing when you’ll be home can make things tricky! I’ve also found that it’s really helpful to prep as much food as posible at the beginning of the week so that I can throw dinner together really quickly!
